Description |
Objects |
Displays all objects of the Enterprise Services Repository in a tree structure. The objects are grouped hierarchically by the software component, software component version, and namespace. There are two types of software component versions: · Local software component versions () (navigation tree under Local Objects) You can use any names you want for local software component versions. They group objects together, which you create locally, for example, for test purposes. · SLD-based software component versions () (in the navigation tree under the relevant software components) SLD-based software component versions are defined in the System Landscape Directory and imported into the Enterprise Services Repository. They group together productive objects.
Only those software components are displayed that were previously imported. More information: Create Software Component Versions The design objects - grouped by object type - are displayed beneath the namespace. Imported objects (RFCs and IDocs) are displayed independently of the namespace.
Note that imported objects are displayed only if you specify that interfaces be imported from SAP systems for the appropriate software component version. This is the case if the Interfaces from SAP Systems checkbox is selected in the software component versions. More information: Editing Software Component Versions If the displayed software component version is based on another software component version, the objects of the underlying software component version are displayed in the Basis Objects subtree. More information: Underlying Software Component Versions |
Change Lists |
Displays change lists for managing changes to objects. More information: Change Lists. |
Conflicts |
Displays any version conflicts that may arise when objects are imported. More information: Conflicts when Importing Objects |
