The system provides a global Default check variant, which is used to check objects from within the ABAP Workbench transactions SE11, SE24, SE37, SE38, and SE80. If you create a local Default check variant, the system uses it for your ABAP Workbench inspections instead of the global one. Once you delete the local Default check variant, the system resumes using the global one.
