How to Work with the Log Viewer

When working with the Log Viewer predefined views, you can use the following options:

To see all available predefined views, choose Customization Perspectives .
From the dialog box, you can select the view types you are interested of.
To select a view, choose Show View dropdown box.
A table with the relevant logs and traces appears.
To see general information about the selected view, choose .
To navigate the table pages, use the relevant buttons.

Example
To view the newest log records, choose (Go to Newest Records).

To view the oldest log records, choose (Go to Oldest records).

To control the amount of log records in the table, choose Customization Table .
In Records to Display, enter the relevant number.
To see the full record information, use the Log Record Details pane .
To save the current view settings, choose Save View or Save View As.
To reset the current view to the last saved version, choose Reset View.
To switch at any time from Log Viewer to Log Configuration, choose Related Links.
