Configuration of SAP NetWeaver
This documentation helps you in your role as administrator to configure an SAP NetWeaver installation effectively for technical operations.
If you did not install a preconfigured SAP NetWeaver system, the section Wizard-Based Configuration provides you with information about how to use basic configuration tasks to configure your system quickly and simply.
You must use this guide in combination with other documentation such as the Master Guide and the SAP Library.
Constraints
This document assumes that the system or systems are running, or could be started at least once. This documentation therefore contains no information about installation.
For general information about the initial configuration of your SAP NetWeaver system directly after the installation, see SAP Solution Manager - the system that manages your system landscape. When you create a project in SAP Solution Manager, you can see all its relevant configuration information.
About this Document
SAP defined installable software units (systems, standalone engines, and clients). This documentation about the technical operations of SAP NetWeaver reflects this concept.
This documentation about configuring SAP NetWeaver is structured accordingly into the following main sections:
Sections |
Description of the Subsections |
