Procedure documentation Using the Workflow Log for Integration Processes  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

When an integration process is executed, the system creates a Workflow log. The Workflow log shows the work items that were created for the individual steps, just like when an SAP Business Workflow is executed.

View with Technical Details and Graphical View

You can display the Workflow log either graphically or in a view with technical details.

The view with technical details displays the status of the individual work items and allows you to access the container elements (see also: Workflow Log: Technical View)

If you display the Workflow log graphically, you can follow the actual process flow of the integration process by means of a green line. In this view you can see precisely how many steps in the integration process have been processed.

Recommendation

For the purposes of monitoring integration processes, SAP recommends that you set the view with the technical details as the default view in your workflow settings.

Procedure

       1.      To display the Workflow log, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with the quick info Workflow Log.

       2.      To set the technical view as your default view, in the Workflow log, choose Goto  Personal Workflow Settings.
