Procedure documentation Automatically Restarting “Crashed” qRFC LUWs  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Procedure

qRFC Manager automatically restarts a “crashed” LUW if a connection error (CPIC) has occurred. If a serious system error occurs (Sysfail), the affected queue is not automatically restarted. Sysfail errors require manual intervention by the administrator in accordance with the detailed error description. Once the error is resolved, you need to manually reset the error status for the queue and manually restart the queue. You can do this using transaction SMQ1. You can find more detailed information in the Programming section.

All queue entries for the affected LUWs are stored in queue table TRFCOUT.
