The following interface pattern is used for synchronous communication to read <BO_2> data:

The interface pattern assumes that data can only be read using selection criteria and not using a known ID. Access to <BO_2> corresponds exactly to the Query Business Object interface model so that you can use the Query <BO_2> In service interface in both a process component model as well as in a process components interaction model.

Since this interface pattern works with synchronous communication, it must not be used to update transaction data or to distribute master data. The interface pattern is restricted to read-only access.
