How to toggle the connection mode 

Use

You can disable the connection mode if you do not want to display any connection anchor points.

It is useful to disable the connection mode if, for instance, you want to display the objects in a very small size. When objects are displayed very small, anchor points would always be offered when the mouse pointer moves across them and it would not be possible to select individual objects.

 

Procedure

Select Edit/Toggle connection modeto activate or deactivate connection mode.

 

Result

The connection mode is activated or deactivated.

 

You can also toggle the connection mode by pressing F6.
