To enable RFC communication with an external system, you have to implement the RFC API (the RFC Library) in this system. You can install the RFC Library as a component of RFC SDK, or separately.

Note

For security reasons, just install the RFC Library on the external RFC server, and not the entire RFC SDK. This avoids unauthorized access.
