You set simple start conditions for a job definition when you want a single job to run once at a particular date and time.
Steps Select Job and Set Task Properties of the Add Task Wizard are complete. For more information, see Creating a Scheduler Task.
1. Choose the Simple tab.
2. Specify the date and time for the execution of the job.
○ In the Start Date field, choose a date.
○ In the Start Time field, enter a time.
When you specify a time, use any of the following formats:
HH:MM:SS AM or HH:MM:SS PM, for example 9:12:11 AM.
HH:MM AM or HH:MM PM, for example 9:12 AM.
HHMMSSAM or HHMMSSPM, for example 091211AM.
HHMMAM or HHMMPM, for example 0912AM.
3. Repeat the procedure to add more simple start conditions to the scheduler task.
An entry for the recurring start conditions is displayed in the Recurring Time Table, because a Simple entry is just a recurring entry without a period.
Now, you can:
● Set recurring start conditions for the job definition
● Set cron start conditions for the job definition
● Save the scheduler task by finishing the Add Task Wizard. See Creating a Scheduler Task.
