Organizational Management (BC-BMT-OM)

When integrating SAP Business Workflow and PD organizational management, (several) objects in organization management are of importance. Each object is identified by a two-character abbreviation for the object type, and by an eight-figure number or twelve-character name.

The following object types are used for the organizational plan, for entering agents, and for entering responsibilities.

• Organizational unit (O )
• Job (C ), position (S )
• User (US), employee (P )
• Work center (A )
• Role (AC)

Tasks are identified as follows:

• Standard tasks (TS), customer tasks (T )
• Workflow pattern (WS), Workflow tasks (WF)

The objects in organizational management also have a not necessarily unique identifier and a descriptive name.
