If you created an occurrence or definition copy, two copies of the free-form text exist:
Example 1
The free-form text exists as an occurrence copy. If you edit one of the two free-form texts, the other will also be changed automatically.
Example 2
The free-form text exists as a definition copy. If you edit one of the two free-form texts, the other will remain unchanged.
