Archiving Secured Messages 

For non-repudiation purposes, signed messages are stored in a dedicated archive, the non-repudiation archive. It contains data to prove the validity of the signature. The following data is stored:

●      The raw message

●      The security policy as configured in the Integration Directory

●      The sender certificate

Signed messages are stored in different archives depending on the messaging component:

●      The Integration Server stores messages in the ordinary ABAP messages archive

●      The Java components (Advanced Adapter Engine, PCK) use the AS Java message archive, which can be monitored and administered by using the Runtime Workbench.
