You have performed the steps outlined in the section Choosing Selection Criteria.
Check the status of the sequences in the overview.
The sequence overview has the following columns:
Column |
Meaning |
---|---|
Status |
Sequence is open Sequence is currently being transmitted Sequence is terminated Sequence has been transmitted successfully |
Client |
Client in which the sequence was started |
Role |
Logical sequence was created on the consumer side or the provider side |
Logical Sequence ID |
Is not transmitted from the consumer to the provider (refer to Technical Sequence Key) |
Technical Sequence ID |
Is requested on the consumer side (Create Sequence Request), created on the provider side, and then transmitted to the user of the service. The ID is identical on both sides and links the different logical sequence IDs on the consumer and on the provider side. |
The Sequence Header Data tab shows information about the logical and technical sequence. You can find out when the sequence was created and who created it. You can also find details of the ID used and the queue. The Sequence Error Type field indicates whether the error occurred in the sequence, in a message, or in the queue. If the error is caused by the sequence, the reason could be that the Create Sequence request was not transmitted successfully. This could in turn be due to authentication issues or because the Web service on the provider side has not been configured correctly. If the cause of the error is to do with the message, it is possible that the message was not transmitted successfully due to an error in the application on the provider side.
The information about the technical sequence shows how many messages were transmitted successfully and which messages had an error. On the basis of this information, you can then proceed to the next tab for more information about the individual messages.
Sequence was transmitted successfully / Sequence is flagged for deletion
The Messages tab provides information about which service definition a message belongs to.
