Evaluating SOA Configuration and Publication Logs 
All changes to configuration and to the publication of Web Services are logged. You can use the tools provided to evaluate them.
Procedure
Evaluating Configuration Changes
Start the SOA Manager (transaction code SOAMANAGER).
Go to the Logs and Traces tab.
Choose SOA Configuration Log Viewer.
Alternatively, you can use the transaction WSLOG_CONFIG.
A new window opens.
Specify all users or a user for whom the log was created, the client, and a time period.
Choose Execute.
Evaluating Publication Changes
Start the SOA Manager (transaction code SOAMANAGER).
Go to the Logs and Traces tab.
Choose SOA Publication Log Viewer.
Alternatively, you can use transaction code WSLOG_PUBLICATION.
A new window opens.
Specify all users or a user for whom the log was created, the client, and a time period.
Choose Execute.
