You search for archived messages to display the contents of the messages found and to compare the different message versions.
To search for archived messages, you must have already archived some messages. To do this, you must first define the interfaces whose messages want to archive. You then need to schedule corresponding archiving jobs .
You have called the transaction Integration Engine – Monitoring (SXMB_MONI) and the system displays the screen Integration Engine: Monitoring.
There are two ways to select archived messages: using an archive or using the message ID.
To display the archived messages found individually and to compare the existing versions, select the relevant line and choose Display Archived Versions () or click the relevant message ID.
If you do not have administrator authorization (S_XMB_ADM), the system only displays messages of the current client.
To display archived messages using an archive, choose Archived XML Messages (Search Using Archive).
The system displays a list of all executed archiving sessions. If no archived messages exist, the system displays a corresponding message.
● To display detailed information for a particular archiving session, select the corresponding archiving session by double clicking it. The system displays details about the session in question in a separate dialog box.
● To display archive files created in a particular archiving session, expand the archiving session in question. The system displays a list of all archive files created in that archiving session.
● To display detailed information for a particular archive file, select the corresponding archive file by double-clicking it. The system displays details about the archive file in question in a separate dialog box.
● If you want to display messages archived in a particular archiving run or saved in a particular archive file, select the corresponding archiving run or the corresponding archive file and choose Continue.
On the screen XML Message Processing, the system displays a list of all messages archived during the selected archiving run or in the selected archive file (including the pipeline responsible for processing), sorted according to date and time of processing.
To display archived messages using the message ID, choose Archived XML Messages (Search Using ID).
