The following provides information about printing from SAP systems.

The following activities are part of a “Spool” administrator’s main tasks:

Every user can manage his or her own spool and output requests in the Output Controller. You can view, check, output, and delete requests. |
Output Controller (transaction SP01), or in the system by choosing the menu path System → Services → Output Control. This transaction is useful for end users and administrators. You require administrator authorization to access other users’ requests.

Spool Administration (transaction SPAD). Unlike the Output Controller (transaction SP01), in which both users and administrators can work, Spool Administration (transaction SPAD) is intended for administrators.
