How to move window content horizontally using keyboard and mouse 

Use

You can move the contents of windows that have horizontal scroll bars to the left or right using the keyboard and the mouse.

Procedure

Move contents to the right: Press the Shift key and scroll the mouse wheel up.

Move contents to the left: Press the Shift key and scroll the mouse wheel down.

If the window does not have horizontal scroll bars, the contents is moved up or down. This means that the contents is moved as if you were not additionally pressing the Shift key.

Result

The contents of the window is moved.
