How to insert a language column 

Use

You can display multiple language columns for an item side-by-side in Attribute Editing. In this way, you can edit the language-specific attributes of items in the various maintenance languages.

 

Procedure

...

       1.      Right-click on the item name in the column title.

       2.      Click on Insert language. The Select language dialog box opens. All languages for which no language column has been inserted yet are provided.

       3.      Select the languages you want to insert. You can select multiple languages using Ctrl + Shift.

       4.      Click on OK.

 

Result

The language columns are inserted to the right of the current language column.

 

You can change the column order by clicking on the column title, holding down the mouse button and moving the column to the left or right.
