More information:
To define a condition, use input help in the Condition column in the new table line to call the condition editor.
In the condition editor, you can select an element from the message payload and specify a value with which the value of this element is to be compared at runtime.

Unlike a receiver determination, you define a receiver rule independently of an outbound interface. Therefore, it is of no use to display the structure of a corresponding outbound message in a receiver rule. You cannot there specify expressions using XPath when defining conditions in receiver rules. You can only access the content of a message by using context objects. If a required context object is not available, you must create it in the Enterprise Services Repository.
