Load the data to be consolidated.

Combining Users

Combine multiple user master records for the same employees.

Grouping Systems

To perform part consolidations (for example, for subsidiaries), group the systems.

Consolidating Contractual User Types

Consolidate the contractual user types of the individual users.

Correcting User Classifications

If you notice an error in the classification of a user, you can correct this.

Transferring Results to SAP

If SAP requests that you transfer the consolidated data, perform this task.
