Carry out the following configuration steps:

 

●      To be able to use Web Services and Web Services Reliable Messaging, you must have the Web service runtime configured.

●      Assign user roles

Assign the appropriate user roles to those users who are to be designated for creating and consuming Web services (refer also to Authorizations).
