Reporting Parameters and VersionsYou can use reporting for important TREX configuration parameters in a CCMS system. This includes the paths for indexes and the TREX version. Information such as the trace level and queue and index information (such as the size of the hard disk and languages) is available.

1. Change the file TrexCCMS.ini in the directory <TREX_DIR>/exe/CCMS.
In the [INSTALLATION] section, change the entry directories= to the directory <TREX_DIR>.

On Windows: C:\usr\sap\<SAPSID>\TRX<instance_number>
2. Change the SAPCCMSR configuration file sapccmsr.ini in the following directory:
○ On Windows: <disk_drive>:\usr\sap\ccms\<SAPSID>_<trex_instance_number>/sapccmsr
○ On UNIX: /usr/sap/ccms/<SAPSID>_<trex_instance_number>/sapccmsr
Add the entry PlugIn <TREX_DIR>\exe\TrexCCMS.dll. <TREX_DIR>\exe is the directory that the library TrexCCMS.dll is located in.

PlugIn C:\usr\sap\<SAPSID>\TRX47\exe\TrexCCMS.dll
3. Restart the SAPCCMSR service.
Enter the following commands in a prompt to do this:
sapccmsr -stop (stops the service)
sapccmsr -DCCMS (starts the service)
You can now start TREX parameter and version reporting in the CCMS monitor.

1. Start transaction RZ20.
The screen containing the CCMS Monitor Sets appears.
2. Expand the node SAP CCMS Monitors for Optional Components.
3. Double-click the entry TREX.
A node tree containing the following entries appears:
○ TREX Server Heartbeat (all Releases)
○ TREX (Release <= 6.40)
○ TREX (Release >= 7.0)
4. Choose a TREX release.
