Process Signature 

Use

The process signature shows which abstract interfaces an integration process uses as inbound or outbound interfaces (see also: Communication Parameters). If you want to integrate an integration process in an integration scenario, you must create appropriate actions for the inbound or outbound interfaces (see also: Integration Scenario).

The process signature is display in the object area of the graphical process editor.

Example

An integration process comprises a receive step and a send step. The receive step receives a message in the container element Msg_Receive. The send step sends a message from the container element Msg_Send. Both container elements have the category Abstract Interface. The process signature shows Msg_Receive as an inbound interface and Msg_Send as an outbound interface.
