You can change the synchronization password on the mobile client. This synchronization password enables you synchronize the mobile client with the Data Orchestration Engine.

Note Note

While changing the synchronization password, it is mandatory for the user to be connected with the DOE.

Prerequisites

You have created a user on your mobile device.

Procedure

  1. From the System menu choose,   Manage Device   Manage Passwords   Change Synchronization Password  .

  2. Enter the Old Password and New Password.

  3. Confirm the New Password.

  4. Click Save to save the new synchronization password.
