Setting Read-Write Timeouts
You can set the read-write timeout for SAP spool network communications with the system profile parameter rspo/tcp/timeout/read.
The system profile value applies to network communications with all printers. By default, this value is 60 seconds. You can define the value for each output device.
Defining a Timeout for each Output Device
You can define individual values for timeouts for each device that uses the network access methods S and U:

1. Call Spool Administration (Tools → CCMS → Spool → Spool Administration). Enter the name of the output device on the Devices / servers tab and confirm your entry.

Choose 
Connection Options on the Host Spool
Access Method tab page.
3. Enter a value for the timeout for read and write operations in the Connection Time field.
4. Save your entries.
