You can configure the NetWeaver (NW) mobile client to automatically login a user and / or automatically start one of your installed NW mobile applications as the NW mobile client is executed.

Prerequisites

You have created a user on your mobile device. More information: Creating a New User

You have installed one or more NW mobile applications. More information: Synchronizing Applications and Data

Procedure

Enabling Automatic Logon

  1. From the System menu, choose   Manage Device   Settings   Auto Logon  .

  2. Select the Auto Logon check box.

  3. Click Save.

Enabling Automatic Application Start

  1. From the System menu, choose   Manage Device   Settings   Auto Logon  .

  2. Under the Auto application startsection of the screen select the radio button next to the application you wish to automatically start

  3. Click Save.

Result

When you start the NW Mobile client, you will be automatically logged in and / or your chosen application will be automatically started.
