Patches for the mobile client are available in the SAP Service Market place (SMP). You have to download the patches from the SMP, and then upload them to the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE).
To store the patches on your local system (and for later distribution), you may want to organize the patches on your local system with an appropriate naming convention. You can do this by downloading the patches to your local system using the mobile component download tool. The tool creates the folders for the patches with an appropriate naming convention.
This procedure provides information on how to download an archive from the SMP and then upload it to the DOE. The procedure on how to organize patches is also described. The procedure on organizing the patches is optional.
You have authorizations to download the patches from the SMP.
