You must assign users to a device to ensure that only authorized users can use the device to synchronize data with the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE).

1. Choose Administration.
2. Under Device Management, choose Device Administration.
3. Under Search Devices, enter the required search criteria and choose Go.
4. From the search results, choose the required device.
5. In the Operations screen area, choose Manage Device Users.
6. Under Available Users, enter the required search criteria and choose Go.
7. From the search results, select the required users and choose Assign.
§ To assign all the users, choose Assign All.
§ To remove existing users, under Assigned Users, select the required users and choose Remove. To remove all the users, choose Remove All.
8. Choose Save.
