The logs and traces from the client are automatically sent to the data orchestration engine (DOE) when the client synchronizes data with the DOE. However, under certain circumstances, the client may not be able to send the logs and traces to the DOE. For example, the client cannot connect to the DOE, or the client device is not working. In such cases, the logs and traces from the client device can be copied to a CD or folder in the network and sent to the administrator. You can then upload these logs and traces to the DOE to ensure that you can analyze them and perform the necessary steps.

1. Log on to the SAP NetWeaver ASand start transaction SDOE_LOGUPLOAD.
2. Under Processing Options:
a. Select the file type of the logs and traces files.
b. Select the name of the device.
3. Under Select File Path, select the required option.
You can choose to upload a single file or multiple files.
4. In the Select File Path field, enter the location where you have stored the logs and traces files.
5. Choose Execute.
