Specifying Values for Agent Parameters 

Use

You must specify the possible values for agent parameters to ensure that you can use these values to set or obtain values of client device attributes. For example, you want to delete the trace files of a client device, Device A. To do this, in the Trace agent, you must set the value of the Delete Trace parameter to True. When device A connects to the DOE to synchronize data, DOE sends a message to delete the trace files. Based on this request from DOE, the client framework deletes the trace files.

Prerequisites

You have logged on to the SAP NetWeaver Mobile Administrator.

Procedure

...

       1.      Choose Administration.

       2.      Under Agents Administration, choose Agent Parameters Management.

       3.      Under Search for Parameter IDs, enter the required search criteria and choose Go.

       4.      From the search results, choose the required parameter.

       5.      In the All Possible Parameter Values for the Parameter ID screen area, choose Add  and enter a value.

§         Repeat this step to enter multiple values.

■       To delete a parameter value, choose Delete.

       6.      Choose Save.
