You maintain user addresse on the Address tab page in transaction SU01. This transaction contains a subscreen for address type 3. Additional functions for maintaining addresses are provided in transaction SO12 (office user maintenance) where you choose the address icon to display an address dialog box and, similarly to SU01 in transaction SU3 (user profile).
