Write Program -SMMW_WRITE_MSG_ARCHIVES

This program creates archive files and writes data to them. However, after the data is written to the archive files, the data is not deleted from the tables. To ensure that the data is deleted from the tables immediately after the archiving is complete, you can modify the customizing settings of the archive object.

This program deletes the data from the database tables. To ensure that the archive files after successful processing, are transferred to an external system by using SAP Content Management Infrastructure, you can modify the customizing settings of the archive object.

Reload Program - SMMW_RELOAD_MSG_ARCHIVES

This program reloads data from the archive files back into the database tables.
