User data can be synchronized between the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE) and the back-end systems in the following ways:

·        By means of the central SAP user administration

With the central user administration, you can ensure that the user data in the DOE is synchronous with that in the back-end systems.

●      By means of the User Details data object

Back-end user data and DOE user data are stored in the User Detailsdata object. The DOE recognizes only those users whose details are present in the User Details data object.

You cannot automatically synchronize user data for the mobile client. The user must keep the User ID synchronous manually with the DOE. Users created on the mobile client must match with those on the DOE.
