Remote Wipe of Client
Data
The data on a mobile client is at risk when the mobile device is lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised. In this case, you as an administrator must ensure that the data on such a device is deleted.
On the SAP NetWeaver Mobile Administrator, you must disable the lost or stolen device. When you disable a device in Data Orchestration Engine (DOE), the DOE issues a delete command to the device queue. The mobile client, which is installed on the device, receives the delete command on synchronization with the DOE. This ensures that all the application data stored on the mobile client is deleted. In addition, the client can no longer synchronize with the DOE.
