Viewing Troubleshooting Information for a Message 

Use

If there is an error during the processing of a message and the message is not processed by the DOE, you can reprocess the same from the message store. However, before you reprocess the message, you can view troubleshooting information associated with the message to identify the:

·        Causes for the failure of the message

●      Activities that you must perform to resolve the errors

Prerequisites

You have searched for the required messages by using the simple or advanced search option.

Select the required message and choose Troubleshoot.
