You can restore the alerts that you have archived based on your requirements.

1. Log on the SAP NetWeaver AS and start transaction SDOE_ARCHIVE_ALERTS.
2. Under Alert Selection, enter the required search criteria.
3. Under Actions, select Read From.
4. Select the required location.
5. Under Location, enter the name of the file along with the path.
This is required only if you have archived alerts to a file in the application server or front end.
6. Choose Execute.
The alerts that match the search criteria appear.
7. Choose Save.
If you have archived the alerts to a file in the DOE or your local machine, then the system restores the alerts and deletes the file. However, this behavior is applicable only if you restore all the archived alerts. If you partially restore the alerts, then the file is not deleted as it contains the alerts that are not restored.
