Note

You can create only one message text per language. However, you can create multiple text and language combinations. When the message is sent to a device, all these text and language combinations are also sent and the client reads the text based on the login language of the user. If the language of the texts in the message does not match with the language of the device, the client reads the default text in the message.

The default text is a message text that you create without specifying the language. You can create only one default text for a message. For example, you create a system message with the EN language text, DE language text and, a default text. if the login language of a set of devices is English and German, then the users view the message text in English and German respectively. However, if the login language of the device is Chinese, then the default text is displayed to the user. Alternatively, if you do not specify a default text when you create the EN and DE language text, then no message is displayed to the Chinese user.

   13.      Choose Save.

After you create a message, it is activated automatically and sent to all the devices that meet the specified criteria.
