A job scheduled to archive a device reassignment group (DRG) fails or is aborted.
The reason for this could be that the inbound queue of the device is still in process.

1. Click Monitor to check the relevant logs and traces.
Alternatively, choose Monitoring → Logs and Traces → Device Reassignment.
2. Search for the DRG by specifying the DRG name and check the logs for the DRG.
If the queue is still in process, wait for the queues to complete the processing. To track queue processing, choose Monitoring → Queue Tracking. The name of the queue is available on the device administration home page.
If the queue processing fails, reprocess the queue. For information on reprocessing a queue, see Blocked Device Inbound Queue or DOE Queue. Once the system reprocesses the queue, you can reschedule the archiving of the DRG.
