A device inbound queue or any other Data Orchestration Engine (DOE) queue is blocked.
Go to Administration → ...
1. Go to Administration → Device Administration.
2. Search for the device.
3. In the result list, select the device.
The queue name is displayed in the Device Management screen.
To view blocks in the System Heath panel, you need to configure it as follows:
Go to Administration → ...
1. Go to Configuration → Statistics Configuration.
2. Under System Health Configuration, configure the following parameters:
¡ Maximum allowable Device Inbound Queue Blocks
¡ Maximum allowable DOE Queue Blocks
Define the following for both parameters:
¡ Select Active. for both parameter.
¡ Set the yellow and red threshold values to 1.
¡ Select Send alert in case the system should send an alert to CCMS.
After you configured system status as described, every device inbound queue block or DOE queue block causes the system status to be in critical or red state.
3. Click the red System Health icon to display the system health details. The number of queue blocks, the queues that are blocks, and the error condition for the queue block are also displayed.
4. After you rectified the error condition, you can reprocess the blocked queues.
1. Go to Administration → Device Administration.
2. Search for the device.
3. In the result list, select the device.
4. If the inbound queue or the device is blocked, there is an indication of this along with the link Reprocess queue.
5. Click the link to reprocess the queue.
