You unassigned an application from a device using the SAP NetWeaver Mobile Administrator. However, the application is not uninstalled automatically on the device.
This problem occurs if a Data Orchestration Engine (DOE) flow queue is locked. To resolve this problem, proceed as follows:
1. Start transaction SMQR.
2. Click Registration.
3. In the queue name field, enter * and confirm with OK.
4. Start transaction SMQ2 and unlock all flow based queues (ending with *FL).
