Modeling Voice Application
Purpose
In this process you create a model of your voice application using the Visual Composer Voice Kit.

Prerequisites
You have completed the Configuring Voice Landscape step.
Process Flow

1. Identify or create BAPIs, Web Services, or other back-end function calls (mySAP Business Suite back-end system).
You need to set up BAPIs or other function calls in your voice model to retrieve information from and store information in the back-end systems.
2. Model back-end data (VC Voice Kit).
Using appropriate service components, you integrate the back-end functions into your voice model.
3. Model user interaction (VC Voice Kit).
Using the Visual Composer Voice Kit you graphically design a voice-application model by integrating and configuring voice elements and components to communicate with the caller and to accomplish the purpose of the application.
Result
You have completed the voice application modeling steps. You now need to execute the IT process Deploying and Administering.
