Configuring Logging and Reporting
You use this process to configure the logging and reporting functions for your voice application. NetWeaver Voice provides NetWeaver logging and configuration support through the NetWeaver Administrator tool. BI provides standard reports defined for voice.

1. Configure and perform logging and debugging (VC Voice Kit).
Using the integrated link checker, you validate the deployed voice application by checking whether all elements referenced in the application exist. Call information is provided as a sequential list of actions during runtime. Error messages indicate error states for debugging.
2. Select or create reports (if applicable) (BI Voice Runtime).
NetWeaver Voice logs detailed information about each call into a database, which is accessible through SAP NetWeaver 2004S BI.
