Making Calculations (Aggregation) 

Use

You are able to make calculations in columns with a numeric data type: You generate an aggregation object. The result of the calculation is then displayed in a separate results row.

Intermediate Results

Usually all values in a column are used in a calculation during aggregation. You are also able to obtain intermediate results. To do this you have to sort the ALV output and group the rows that you want to use for the intermediate result.

Prerequisites

The column that you are aggregating has a numeric data type.
