· You have removed the assignment of the agent from the device.

1. Choose Administration.
2. Under Agents Administration, choose Agents Administration.
3. Under Search Agents, enter the required search criteria and choose Go.
4. From the search results, select the required agent(s).
5. Choose Delete.
