As of Plug-In Release 2000, Business Address Services can be connected to the Business Information Warehouse (BW) in the context of the SAP business partner. Address data for the business partner master records is extracted from the OLTP system into the BW, as is the coded information on streets, cities, and districts. The contents of the tables ADRCITYT (texts for city keys), ADRSTREETT (texts for street keys) and ADRCITYPRT (postal districts) are extracted into corresponding "info objects" in the BW for the SAP regional structure.

To similarly transfer the reference data of a partner software into the BW, you can create an excel file from the reference data in the format CSV and use this as a "data source" for the BW. The excel file must show the table structure of the corresponding BW info object.
