Initial Load or Delta Download without
Result
After an initial load or delta download, the consolidated data store (CDS) state seems to be unchanged.
You have the authorization to view the message monitoring (role SAP_DOE_ADMINISTRATOR).

1. Start transaction SMQ2 and check for the status queues. All relevant queues contain the string *DOE* or *MMW*.

Alternatively, you can search for the back-end queues in the SAP NetWeaver Mobile Administrator. To do so, choose Monitoring → Queue Monitoring.
2. Based on the state of the queue, proceed as follows:
¡ If the queues are in SYSFAIL state, contact development support.
¡ If the queues are in READY state, start transaction SMQR and register the queue.
¡ If the queues are in RUNNING state, wait until the queues are processed.
¡ If there are no queues, proceed to the next step.
3. In the SAP NetWeaver Mobile Administrator, choose Monitoring → Logs and Traces. Click the environment BACKEND_INTEGRATION. Search with the relevant search criteria and look for errors in logs and traces.
4. If there are errors:
¡ If the error is thrown by the back-end application, contact the back-end application contact.
¡ If the error is caused by the DOE, check the troubleshooting information for the error in monitoring. If this does not resolve the problem, contact development.
If there are no errors logged, contact development support.
