Synchronization: Internal Server Error

While the mobile client synchronizes with Data Orchestration Engine (DOE), the following error message appears:
Internal server error 500.

1. This message appears when the web application server of the DOE is down. This is a temporary problem. After a few minutes, synchronization works again. If the problem persists, contact the administrator of the system on which DOE is running.

This scenario is not related to any problem on the DOE or the mobile client. It is caused by the system on which the DOE is running.
2. In case the system is restored by using the backup and restore process, uploading all the application MCDs, previously available in the DOE, may resolve this sync error.
