Setup Package Does Not Turn Green after

When you are setting up a device by using the setup package, the status of the device does not turn green after performing the setup. The status does not change to green even after refreshing the view several times.

1. Start transaction SMQ2.
2. Search for all Replication and Realignment (RR) related queues (with prefix MMW_RR_*).
3. If they are not in Running state, unlock them.
4. After all relevant queues have finished running, start the mass device setup queue.

Alternatively, you can view the queue status in the SAP NetWeaver Mobile Administrator (Monitoring → Queue Monitoring).
5. Check the status of the mass device setup queue SDOE_MASS_DEVICE_SETUP. If this queue is locked, unlock it.
