Mobile Client Installation: JRE Not Found 

Problem

When installing the mobile client on the device, the following error message displays:

JRE 1.5. not found.

Analysis

JRE 5.0 is not installed on the device.

Install JRE 5.0 on the device and reinstall the mobile client.
